摘要
以大坝安全监测资料为基础,将评价指标和评价目标的实质特性有序分割为多个内在属性,利用集对分析中的联系度概念,提出了一种确定大坝安全综合评价指标属性测度的方法,建立了适合于大坝安全评价的梯形分段属性测度函数,并给出了一个评价实例,为大坝安全综合评价中指标属性测度的确定方法提供一条新的途径.实例表明:将集对分析方法应用于大坝安全属性识别评价方法中,采用集对分析来确定指标属性测度是合理、可行的,具有信息利用充分、结构形式简单的特点,能较好地描述评价指标与属性子集之间的内在属性关系.
According to the data of dam safety monitoring,based on correlation degree of set pair analysis(SPA),the real characteristics of the evaluation indicators and evaluation objectives are split orderly into several intrinsic attributes;a computational method of attribute measure is proposed.And then an attribute measure function of multistage ladder is established suitable for dam safety comprehensive assessment.Finally,apractical example is given so as to offer a new way of determination of attribute measurement for dam safety comprehensive assessment.The example indicates that the computational method of attribute measure based on SPA and attribute identification is reasonable and feasible;this method has the characteristics such as simple structural style,full use of information and can preferably depict the intrinsic relation between the evaluating indicator and attribute subset.
