5种复方感冒药的近红外定性模型的建立 被引量:5

Construction of NIR identification models for five kinds of anti-cold-drugs

摘要 目的:采用近红外方法建立了5种复方抗感冒药的定性分析模型。方法:应用26批样品(含4批假药)对模型进行了验证。结果:结果与实验室法定检验方法一致。将模型用于固原市药品检测车上,在1个月内共筛查了170批感冒药并发现1批假药。结论:该方法可以快速、准确的用于本地区市售感冒药的现场筛查。 Objective:The NIR identification models were set up for five kinds of anti-cold-drugs.Method:26 bacthes of anti-cold-drugs (4 batches of counterfeit drugs were included) were used to evaluate the performance of these models.Result:The external validation results were identical to that of the legal laboratory method.When using these models in the mobile lab of Guyuan,170 batches of anti-cold-drugs were rapidly screened at the scence in one month,and a batch of counterfeit drug was found.Conclusion:Therefore,these models can be used for quickly identifying anti-cold-drugs at market in Guyuan.
