摘要 盾构法隧道施工经常会遇到上软下硬不均匀地层,此时倘若隧道下穿既有线或建筑物不具备开舱换刀条件,将会导致盾构机无法正常掘进。在深圳地铁5号线盾构区间上软下硬地层中,局部改用矿山法开挖、初期支护后由盾构机拼装管片通过的施工方法,其经验可供地铁隧道施工参考。 Non-uniform ground formations are frequently encountered in shield tunneling.Under such condition the shield will not be able to drive normally without changing its cutter head especially when the shield underpasses an existing line or buildings.On the transit section of Shenzhen metro Line 5 an upper-soft-lower-hard ground formation was encountered,shield tunneling was partially changed to mining excavation.After primary support was fabricated,lining segments were erected by the shield.The practice can be taken for reference by similar projects.
