摘要
2004年4月20日下午3:30,新加坡地铁环线C824标段的一段明挖区间隧道在开挖至第10道支撑(约33 m深度)的时候出现了坍塌事故。事故造成了约100 m左右区间隧道围护体系的彻底崩溃,4人死亡,紧邻的Nicoll大道下陷以及周边一些城市生命管线严重损毁。事故发生后在对事故原因进行调查的同时,修复方案的论证工作也在同步进行。修复方案主要在原位修复和改线修复两种方案之间比较,在综合考虑工程本身的难度与风险、对周边环境的影响、工期与造价等多方面的因素后而最终选定改线方案。文章重点介绍了原位方案与改线方案的一些技术要点,其姊妹篇"新加坡地铁环线C824标段失事后的修复重建(二)"则重点介绍修复方案的具体实施情况。
At approximately 3:30 pm on 20th April 2004,a 33 m deep excavation reaching the 10th strut level as a part of cut and cover tunnel in C824 Singapore MRT collapsed.This collapse claimed 4 lives and resulted in the loss of some 100 m of braced excavation,some utilities such as gas pipe line,66 kV cable were damaged seriously.The intensive incident causation investigation and comprehensive study and assessment on recovery work were carried out simultaneously right after the collapse.The assessment and in depth study for recovery works were focused on two options,namely keeping existing line and realignment.Based on in depth consideration of a number of critical issues such as technical difficulties and risks,environmental impact,construction duration and cost etc.,realignment recovery option was chosen finally.The crucial technical points of these two options were addressed in this paper.The implementation of realignment option will be introduced in companion volume "Recovery Work of Singapore MRT Circle Line C824 Nicoll highway Collapse(Part II)".
