摘要
简述了当前国际经济环境情况和国内经济环境的新特点,从京沪运输通道沿线地区经济发展在全国的重要地位出发,论述了京沪高速铁路是我国跨世纪基础工程中最佳投资项目之一和目前是建设京沪高速铁路的最佳时机。
The paper briefly introduces the current international economy environment and new features of domestic economy environment. Based on the important position of economic development in areas along the Beijing- Shanghai transport corridor, this article describes that the Beijing- Shanghai high-speed railway project is one of the good investment projects in infrastructure construction of the country beyond this century and points out that it is now the best time for the construction of such project.
