摘要
电站锅炉制粉系统送粉管道中广泛采用冷态纯空气阻力调平方法,在纯空气条件下的阻力调平不能保证锅炉实际运行时各送粉管道间的阻力平衡。通过对煤粉空气混合气流造成送粉管道阻力特性改变的原因分析,提出了针对中间储仓式和直吹式制粉系统阻力调平的方法,给出相应的调整计算模型和计算机计算方法。
Cold state pure air resistance leveling method is broadly used in the feeding pipings of utility boilers' pulverized coal preparaption system.Such leveling method can not ensure resistance equilibrium among the pulverized coal feeding pipings during the boiler actual operation.Through analyzing the causes for changes of feeding piping resistance characteristics as a result of pulverized coal air mixture folw,the resistance leveling method of bin storage firing and direct folw type pulverized coal preparation system is put forward with the relevant adjustment calculation model and computer aided calculation method given.
