摘要
在Pro/e中建立农用拖拉机渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的轮齿模型,以工程仿生学和有限元理论为基础,运用MSC.Nastran对普通齿轮和仿生表面形态齿轮进行了瞬态频率响应分析。有限元模拟结果表明:在相同的内部激励作用下,普通齿轮和仿生表面形态齿轮的响应情况不同,仿生表面形态齿轮的形变量更小,从而有效地改善了齿轮的动力学特性,提高了齿轮的可靠性。
The involute spur gear tooth model of farm tractor was established by using the Pro/e software. Based on the engineering bionics and the finite element theory, the response of transient frequency of the gear with bionic surface micro-morphology and the ordinary gear was analyzed by software MSC. Nastran. The results showed that the deformation of the gear with bionic surface micro-morphology is smaller than that of the ordinary gear as the same internal stimulation was conducted. The dynamic performance and the reliability of the gear were improved by the bionic micro-morphology effectively.
