梅州电网稳定控制装置中操作的危险点分析

摘要 基于梅州电网现状、稳定控制系统配置和功能的特点,分别就主变压器或线路停(复)电、不停电的旁路断路器代线路断路器停(复)电操作这2种情况,对稳定控制装置中操作的危险点进行分析,并提出相应的控制措施,以保证梅州电网的安全稳定运行。 Based on the current status of Meizhou power grid as well as the configuration and characteristic of stability control system,the dangerous points during operation of stability control devices are studied aiming at two conditions as power outage(recovery) of main transformer or line,and power outage(recovery) by non-power-off bypass circuit breaker instead of line breaker.Corresponding control measures are proposed to insure the safe and stable operation of Meizhou power grid.
