摘要
临床护理路径（CNP）是病人在住院期间的护理模式,其主要针对特定的病人群体,以时间为横轴,以入院指导、接诊时诊断、检查、用药、治疗、护理、饮食指导和出院计划等理想护理手段为纵轴.通过制成一个日程计划表,对何时该做哪项检查、治疗及护理,病情达到何种程度,何时可出院等目标进行一个详细的描述与记录.护理工作不再是盲目机械地执行医嘱或等医生指示后才为病人实施治疗护理,而是有计划、有预见性地进行护理工作.病人亦了解自己的护理计划目标,主动参与护理过程,增强病人自我护理意识和能力,达到最佳护理效果,护患双方相互促进,形成主动护理与主动参与相结合的护理工作模式.此类模式对促进病人的愈合具有很大的帮助.脑血管病介入治疗是经皮股动脉穿刺,在全身肝素化下通过数字减影脑血管造影（DSA）的血管内介入手术方法.
Clinical nursing way （CNP） is the patient in hospital period nursing pattern,it mainly aims at the specific patient community, take the time as the abscissa axis, take is hospitalized the instruction, meets examines when to diagnose, the inspection, the medication, the treatment, nursing, the diet instruction and the out of hospital plan and so on the ideal nursing method as the ordinate axis. Through makes a program planning chart, wheu to should make which inspection,the treatment and nursing,the condition achieved what kind of degree,when can leave the hospital and so on the goals to carry on a detailed description and the recording. The nursing work no longer is mechanically carries out the doctor＇s advice blindly or and so on doctors after instructed only then implements treatment nursing for the patient, but has the plan,has foresightedly carries on the nursing work. The patient also understood own nursing plan goal, participates in the nursing process on own initiative,strengthens the patient self--nursing consciousness and ability,achieved the best nursing effect,protects trouble both sides to promote,to form nursing working pattern, this kind of pattern mutually which initiative nursing and the initiative participation unifies to promote patient＇s cicatrization to have the very big help. The cerebrovaseular disease involvement treatment is after the skin femoral artery puncture, reduces shade cerebral angiography （DSA） under whole body heparinizing through the numeral in the blood vessel to involve the surgery method.
