摘要
急性心肌梗死（AMI）是在冠状动脉病变的基础上发生冠状动脉血供急剧减少或中断以及相应的心肌严重而持久地急性缺血所致.本病发病急、病情危重,死亡率高,严重威胁着中老年人的生命健康,因此,及时有效的实施院前急救护理程序,能有效地降低急性心梗病人并发症的发生率和降低死亡率,可缩小梗死面积、改善预后.
