摘要
目的：探讨三磷酸胞苷二钠联合葛根素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效 方法：随机选取糖尿病周围神经病变的患者60例,随机分为观察组和治疗组,对照组采用饮食控制、体育锻炼、降糖药物和降脂药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用静滴三磷酸胞苷二钠联合葛根素 观察两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：观察组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为53.33%.两组比较差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论：三磷酸胞苷二钠联合葛根素对糖尿病周围神经病变的患者能改善神经运动传导的速度,疗效确切,能提高患者的生活质量.
