摘要
目的介绍阴茎再植和再造的临床经验。方法应用腹壁双血管蒂皮瓣、阴股沟皮瓣及皮管、脐旁皮瓣、髂腹部皮瓣、前臂皮瓣及足背皮瓣再造阴茎１１２例，阴茎再植１例。结果阴茎再造及阴茎再植病例全部获得成功。结论一般体型者可选用腹部皮瓣，其顺序为髂腹部皮瓣、脐旁皮瓣、腹壁双血管蒂皮瓣；对于体胖者应选用阴股沟皮瓣或皮管。
