和谐从来就不是是否需要的问题,而是如何实现的问题。对和谐的追求已经成为现代社会发展的主旋律。作为和谐社会制度保证的行政法面临着良好的机遇和严峻的挑战,从价值立场、理论逻辑与制度实践的层面准确解读现代行政法的和谐底蕴与责任担当,对于实现行政法治下的社会和谐具有深远的现实意义。
It is never a question that harmony is not a problem of necessity but a problem of echievement.The pursuit of harmony is becoming the main theme of modern social development.As the guaranty of the harmonious social system,Administrative Law is facing good opportunities and serious challenges.It has far-reaching practical significance to accuratly interpretate the modern connotation of harmony and responsibility of administrative law.
