摘要
目的:探讨尿道狭窄的微创治疗效果。方法:回顾分析我科采取尿道内切开术治疗27例尿道狭窄的情况。结果:27例尿道狭窄患者的一次手术成功25例,2例治疗2次。定期行尿道扩张。结论:尿道内切开术及瘢痕电切术等微创方法治疗尿道狭窄安全有效,术后必须定期行尿道扩张。
Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of microtraumatic technology as the treatment for Urethral stricture.Methods： 27 cases with Urethral stricture by transurethral endoscopic incision were analyzed retrospetively. Results：All operations of 23 patients were succeeded primarily,the remaining 2 patients were cured by two times of operations.all patients. Conclusions： Transurethral endoscopic incision Combining scar electratomg was a safe and efficient therapy. periodic urethral dilatation must be necessary after operation.
