摘要
目的 :对市售不同品牌的银杏叶片进行质量考查 ,制订科学合理统一的质量标准。方法 :采用HPLC测定了1 1个制药公司的 1 5批银杏叶片的黄酮含量。结果 :各制药公司生产的银杏叶片黄酮含量差异较大 ,且主要峰之间的比例亦有差异。结论 :建议进一步考察工艺 ,制订统一的质量标准以保证银杏叶片质量。
OBJECTIVE:To comparative the quality of tablets of Ginkgo biloba on market.METHODS:The flavonoids were analysed in 15 batches of the tablets produced by 11 manufactures using RP-HPLC.RESULTS:These batches of tablets differ greatly in the flavonoids and the ratio of three main peaks.CONCLUSION:The experiment provided the data and method for improving the technique of preparation and quality of the tablets.
