摘要
通道带宽被称为数字示波器的第一指标,是示波器最值钱的指标,它是示波器市场划分的首要依据。它可以通过硬件来提升,也可以通过软件来补偿,本文提出了一种对数字示波器的通道特性进行软件校准的方法,根据高斯信号的理想幅频特性,利用一个滤波器对示波器通道幅频特性进行矫正,将示波器通道补偿成接近于高斯信号的通道特性,并使其通道带宽得到很大提升。通过该方法对示波器通道的矫正,示波器的输出信号与校准信号非常接近,通道的幅频特性得到很大改善。
The channel bandwidth described the first characteristic of the digital storage oscilloscope, which is the most valuable characteristic. It is the all-important basis of the digital storage oscilloscope's partition. It can be enhanced by hardware, and also can be calibrated by software. In this paper, a method has been advanced to calibrate the channel characteristic by software. According to the frequency-amplitude characteristic of Gauss Signal, the characteristic of the digital storage oscilloscope channel is rectified by a filter and made it to be nearly to the Gauss characteristic, then the bandwidth will reach the target required. The export signal collected from the digital storage oscilloscope has been calibrated by this method mentioned in the paper, which is most similar to the calibrating signal. The frequency-amplitude characteristic of the digital storage oscilloscope has been improved greatly.
