摘要
落后、低效的农村物流一直是我国农村发展的瓶颈,同时也不利于当今新农村建设。现代物流进入农村市场,促进农产品流通,是支持新农村建设的有效方式之一。文章基于循环经济理论,提出构建新农村现代物流系统的理念,并阐述了基于循环经济的现代农村物流的内涵和模式,同时指出了优化我国农村物流系统系的相关策略。
The backward and ineffective countryside logistics is the bottleneck of the development of countryside,and is disadvantageous to the construction of new countryside;modern logistics that enters into the countryside market and promotes the distribution of agricultural product is one of the effective ways that support the construction of new countryside.On the base of cycle economy,the paper puts forward the idea of building new countryside cycle logistics,and discusses the meaning and the modem of the countryside cycle logistics;also give some advices about how to optimize the countryside cycle logistics system.
