摘要
应用统计理论计算了量子环中电子的热力势Ω和磁矩,研究了温度对量子环磁矩随磁场振荡规律的影响.结果表明:当温度一定时,强磁场作用下的量子环磁矩主要随磁感应强度B的倒数1/B作振荡,而弱磁场时则随B作振荡.对Au量子环,强磁场作用下磁矩随1/B的振荡周期为6.823×10^(-3)T^(-1),而弱磁场作用下磁矩随B的振荡周期为1.377×10^(-2)T.而磁场一定时,量子环的磁矩随温度成非线性变化.其中磁场较小时,磁矩随温度升高而增大且为负;而磁场较大时,则随温度升高而减小且为正,而一般情况下,磁矩会随温度升高而变号.磁矩随磁场的振荡随温度升高而减弱.
Using statistical theory, the electronic thermodynamically potential Ω and magnetic moment of the quantum ring have been worked out, and the influence of temperature on the law of magnetic moment oscillations in quantum ring has been studied. The results show that at the definite temperature, the magnetic moment of quantum ring will oscillate mostly with the reciprocal 1/B of magnetic induction intensity B in strong magnetic field, but oscillate with the B in feebleness magnetic field. As the exam- ple of Au quantum ring, the oscillation periods of magnetic moment is 6. 823×10^-3T^-1 as the 1/B in strong magnetic field and 1. 377×10^-2T as the B in feebleness magnetic field; the magnetic moment of quantum ring will change nonlinearly with the temperature at the definite magnetic field, in which the negative magnetic moment will augment at the higher temperature in the weakly magnetic field and the positive magnetic moment will decrease at the higher temperature in the strong magnetic field. The magnetic moment will change sign commonly and the magnetic moment oscillations with the change of magnetic field will weaken with the higher temperature.
