摘要
模拟电路系统的正常与故障状态在很多情况下表现在其非线性传递特性发生变化。介绍了一种基于NOFRF来诊断多级级联模拟电路系统的非线性故障方法。该方法用两次幅值不同的信源激励系统,通过分析各级系统的频域输出响应来定位模拟电路系统中的非线性故障。仿真结果验证了该方法的正确性。该方法可应用于许多实际的工程场合。
Circuitry normal and fault conditions in many cases are reflected in the change of its nonlinear transfer characteristics.This paper introduces a NOFRF-based method for fault diagnosis of cascading analog circuit systems.The method requires testing the inspected system twice with the applied input forces differing in strength.Through analysis of all levels of the system output response in frequency domain,we can determine which one of the circuit system has a non-linear fault.Experiment results of simulation tests indicate that this method performs well.This method can be applied to many practical engineering applications.
