摘要 针对表面肌电信号幅度小、信噪比低、易受干扰、准确获取困难的问题,研制一种基于高共模抑制比的前端放大电路的便携式表面肌电信号采集仪,包含肌电采集放大、AD转换、带触摸屏的液晶显示、数据存储、USB有线传输、Xbee无线传输等多个组成部分。采用μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统和基于μC/GUI的图形化界面,性能稳定,操作简便。同时,为了方便用户资料及肌电数据的管理,移植了FATFS文件系统。低功耗和微型化设计提高了设备的便携性,有利于提高表面肌电信号采集仪在运动员训练中的使用率。 This paper proposes a design of surface electromyography (sEMG) acquisition instrument based on a high CMRR preamplifier to deal with the difficulties in capturing the sEMG signal which is small range, low SNR and easy to be disturbed. The instrument contains many components such as sEMG amplifiers, AD convertors, LCD display with touch screen, data storage device, USB cable transmission and Xbee wireless transmission. It utilizes the uC/OS-II operating system and uC/GUI ,and has stable performance and friendly operating interface. At the same time, for the convenience of the user data and sEMG data management, an FATFS file system is transplanted. The design of low power consumption and miniaturization improves the portability of the equipment and will be beneficial to increasing the utilization rate of sEMG acquisition instruments in the athletes training.
