摘要
提出了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钴铬钼合金中锰、铁、镍、钼、钨的含量。用盐酸和硝酸溶解样品,选择波长为216.556,257.610,204.598,259.940,207.911 nm 5条谱线依次作为测定镍、锰、钼、铁和钨的分析线。方法用于钴铬钼合金标准样品(C112X)分析,加标回收率在96.0%-105.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=9)在1.1%-2.0%之间。
An ICP-AES method for the determination of Mn,Fe,Ni,Mo and W in Co-Cr-Mo alloy was proposed.The sample was dissolved with HCl and HNO3.The wavelengths of 216.556,257.610,204.598,259.940 and 207.911 nm were selected as analytical lines for determination of Ni,Mn,Mo,Fe and W respectively.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of a standard sample C112X,giving values of recovery obtained by standard addition method in the range of 96.0%-105.0% and RSD′s(n=9) in the range of 1.1%-2.0%.
