摘要
泰州长江公路大桥主桥为三塔两跨钢箱梁悬索桥,中索塔为钢结构。针对钢塔机加工时难以精确测量、加工过程工件易变形、轴线基准难确定等加工难点,通过提高测量手段、合理选择支撑点、优化工件姿态、调整工装设计、加强温度控制及科学选择加工基准确保加工质量,进而总结出一套大型钢塔机加工工艺。通过工程验证,该工艺切实可行,确保了工程质量。
The main bridge of Taizhou Bridge is a three-tower,two-span and steel box-beam suspension bridge.The middle cable tower is a steel structure.There are several machining difficulties in this project.It's hard to make accurate measurements.The workpiece is easy to deform.It's hard to determine the axis datum,etc.The following measures are taken to ensure the quality of machining: improve the survey means,choose the struct correctly,make the design of machining structure excellent,enhance the temperature control,choose the machining datum scientifically.By which it is summarized a series of machining technologies of large steel towers,whose feasibility is verified by actual projects.
