摘要 对某型航空涡扇发动机试车时低压转子振动值超标故障进行分析.根据试车时采集的振动数据,发现振幅随转频的提高而增大,在某一个倍频处振幅最大.经各种分析和判断,确定了发动机的中心滑油管支撑管焊点开焊是造成发动机高压转子振动的主要原因.所得出的结论对民航发动机振动故障诊断有一定的参考价值. The vibration fault is analyzed for a certain turbofan aeroengine whose vibration exceeded the acceptance standards in the factory test.According to the data gathered from the test,it is found that the amplitude increased significantly with the improving rotation frequency and reached the maximum at a certain double frequency.Through detailed judgment using the classical vibration signal analysis methods,including time domain,frequency domain,and waterfall diagrams analysis methods.It is found that the causes of the vibration are the welding points had fatigue cracks and resulted in tube worn.The final section is almost released from the second section,when the support tube is broken.The failure welding point makes the support tube become flexible,and this failure affect the LPT rotor balance.
