摘要
我国各类水库面临的泥沙淤积问题十分严重,泥沙淤积不仅减少水库的兴利库容、缩短水库使用寿命,还会带来其它一系列包括生态、环境等在内的问题,处于多沙河流上的水库,这一问题尤为突出。因此,对于增强水库排沙减淤的调度运行方式的研究具有重要意义。本文利用最优控制理论,研究了多沙河流水库排沙减淤的优化调度运行方式,并通过实测水沙资料进行计算。由计算结果可以看出,经最优控制理论优化后的水库调度运行,其排沙比大幅度提高,减淤效果明显,可以作为水库排沙优化调度的一种有效手段。
Sediment deposition in reservoirs under different operation conditions is quite severe in China,particularly in reservoirs located on sediment-laden rivers.The deposition could lead to a loss of reservoir capacity and the problems such as water pollution.Reservoir operation is a key factor in controlling the deposition and releasing of sediment.This paper proposes a method of reservoir operation based on the optimal control theory,and presents a verification of the method by using the data of field observation at a reservoir on the Heihe river in Shanxi.The calculation indicates that the percentage of sediment discharged from reservoir is significantly increased when the proposed method is adopted,and that the optimal control theory is a useful tool to study this problem.
