摘要
对红麻烧碱浆进行氧脱木素、一段ClO2漂白、碱抽提、二段ClO2漂白(OD0ED1)漂白研究。主要讨论O段NaOH用量,D0段ClO2用量以及压力碱抽提对漂白效果的影响。结果表明,漂白红麻浆的白度可达80%ISO以上,且具有很好的强度性能。
The bleaching ability of kenaf soda pulp,following bleaching sequences of oxygen delignification,first stage of chlorine dioxide bleaching,alkaline extraction and second stage of chlorine dioxide bleaching(i.e.OD0ED1),were studied in this paper.The more attentions were paid to analyze the effect of the NaOH dosage in O-stage,the ClO2 dosage in D0 and alkaline extraction with or without pressure on pulp properties,separately.The results showed that the brightness of bleached soda pulp could reach 80.0%ISO,and the pulp had great physical properties.
