摘要
腐败成为困扰各国的重大政治与社会难题。本文通过引入社会资本与社会网络理论,对腐败形成的社会网络结构与文化进行分析,将探讨腐败生成原因的视角转向非正式社会机制及相应文化心理形成的腐败的社会网络,而不是单纯地关注个人动机或者组织控制。本文希望回答如下问题:腐败的制度特征在哪里?为什么腐败对于公共组织机体有极大的危害?从终极意义上,我们要回答:为什么腐败对于现代社会——尤其是对于寻求现代化的国家——如此具有破坏力?
Corrnption has now become a very serious political and social issue for countries all over the world. This paper, by the use of social capital and social networks theory, carries the argument of corruption into the depth of social networks and culture and turn the attention to the relative dimension, from the conventional individual motives perspective or institutional control per- spective. We want to focus on ： what is the institutional feature of corruption？ Why does corruption pose a critical damage to public organs.7 And ultimately, why corruption is so devastating to modernizing countries ？
