摘要
分析了某设备上壳体零件的形状特点,制定了反挤压成形毛坯及开式终锻成形的工艺方案,优化了反挤压成形毛坯。结果表明,采用该工艺,壁厚变化的挤压毛坯可在终锻成形时一次正确成形锻件。
The shape feature of shell part was analyzed,and the process of backward extrusion and open die forming was laid down.The backward extrusion ingot was optimized.The results show that the forges with different thickness can be fabricated in the once end die forming by the optimum process.
