摘要
讨论了目前洋茉莉醛生产技术状况 ,指出应立足于充分利用资源和简化工艺 ,减少环境污染 ,重视羰基铁催化剂的研究和生产 ,用羰基铁催化异构化工艺代替碱醇体系的黄樟油素异构化工艺 ,重视及中频臭氧技术在异黄樟油素氧化制洋茉莉醛的应用研究。从长远看 ,应对洋茉莉醛下游精细化学品如新洋茉莉醛 ,洋茉莉腈 ,芝麻酚 。
Present technological situation of piperonal was discussed. For environment protection and energy consumption reduction, great attention must be paid to iron carbonylate catalysed isomerization of sassasfras oil and the following oxidation of isomer to piperonal by median frequent ozone. Some derivative fine chemicals, such as helional, sesamol, helitrope blanc and MDP, were worthy of further development.
