四氢呋喃生产废水处理工艺设计

摘要 采用SBR法对某公司四氢呋喃生产废水进行达标处理。该废水采用了酸碱中和+SBR处理工艺。当进水水质COD平均为3306mg/L时,出水水质COD平均为157.8mg/L,去除率平均达到95.1%。出水水质稳定,各项水质指标达到了国家的三级排放标准。 Tetrahydrofuran manufacturing wastewater was treated by sequencing batch reator(SBR).The concrete procedure was acid-base neutralization and sequencing batch reator(SB).When the average COD of the wastewater was 3306mg/ L,the average COD of the treated wastewater was 157.8mg/L and the average removal rate of COD was 95.1%.The system had a good stability and all water-quality indexes complied with standard of drainage 3.
