摘要
综述了超声波技术在天然产物活性物质提取中的应用情况,讨论超声波在中药有效成分提取中的作用原及其频率、强度、时间、占空比对中药有效成分提取率的影响。得出了超声波技术提取中药有效成分有着提取率高、速度快、操作简便等优点及超声波提取中应注意的问题。
The basic principles and application of ultrasonic technology in the active substances extraction from Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） were reviewed.The ultrasonic properties such as frequency,strength,action time and the ratio of the action＂on to off＂were discussed,which had different influence to the extraction of components.By comparison,active substances extraction by ultrasonic technology from TCM had the advantages of high rate of extraction,fast,easy operation and so on.The problems of ultrasonic extraction should be paid attention to were also discussed.
