摘要
基于有限元软件ANSYS对一种新型的管道断裂行为研究试样进行了三维建模与数值分析。对用于模拟实际工况的无加载孔模型和用于实验研究的有加载孔模型分别建模,并计算了裂纹尖端应力强度因子。对比研究发现,有加载孔模型可以较好地反应工程实际,并可用于管道断裂力学行为的研究。通过改变断裂试样厚度与裂纹长度发现:应力强度因子K随着试样厚度的增大而减小,而裂纹长度增大时K值也有减小的趋势。
By using FEM simulation software ANSYS,three-dimensional modeling of a new type of specimen for the study of fracture behavior of pressure pipelines was developed and numerical analysis was also carried on. The model with loading holes for simulating actual working conditions of pipeline and the one without loading hole for experimental study were developed and analyzed, respectively. Result comparison showed that the model with loading holes could reflect the engineering practices well and it could be used in the study of the fracture mechanical behaviors of pressure pipelines. By changing the specimen thickness and crack length it was found that with the increase of specimen thickness and crack length;the calculated K-factors decreased.
