摘要
在分析动态联盟风险评价应考虑的主要因素的基础上,建立了一套适用于动态联盟运作风险评估的指标体系;提出了一种模糊集合理论与AHP(层次分析法)相结合的动态联盟运作风险因素重要性排序方法:以三角模糊数表示动态联盟风险管理专家判断信息,集结多位专家意见构建三角模糊互补判断矩阵,同时采用一种基于可能度的排序方法对风险因素进行重要性排序;最后通过实例说明了该方法运用的具体过程。本文的研究为动态联盟运作风险管理对策的制定提供了参考。
Based on analyzing the major factors which should be considered on operation risk assessment of DA(Dynamic Alliance),this paper established a set of evaluation index system firstly.Secondly,it put forward a kind of importance sequencing method on these operation risk factors based on fuzzy set theory and Analytic Hierarchy process(AHP): it used triangular fuzzy number to represent the judgment information of risk management experts,and constructed Triangular Fuzzy Complementary Judgment Matrix by gathering the views of many experts,and used a kind sequencing method based on possibility-degree to sequence risk factors of DA.Finally,this paper illustrated the application of this algorithm by giving an example.This study will provide reference for the formulation of operational risk management measures of DA.
