摘要
采用静态法和动态法,对一种新型树脂从钨酸盐溶液中分离钼的性能进行了研究。结果表明:静态吸附时,树脂对钨钼的吸附在2.5 h可达到平衡,分离系数为14左右。上行法上柱吸附钼的穿透交换容量为8.56 g/L湿树脂,[Mo]/[WO3]从0.0386(料液)降到1.2×10-4(合格流出液)。经过纯净水洗涤后,用稀NaOH溶液作解吸剂,钼的解吸率可达95%,解吸液中Mo的浓度最高可达24 g/L以上,[Mo]/[WO3]从0.038 6(料液)提高到25.03(解析液),富集倍数可达648倍。树脂在重复使用3次的情况下,树脂吸附性能不变。
Using static and dynamic methods, this paper studies the feasibility of using a novel modified Weak-Base anion exchange resin to separate molybdenum from tungstate solution. Experiment results showed that the equal adsorption rate of molybdenum and tungsten could be obtained within 2.5 hours in the static adsorption process. And the equilibruim separation factors were about 14. Applying the ascending method in adsorption process, the maximum through-exchange capacity of molybdenum was drifted from 0.038 6 in feed to 1.2x10-4 in on resin was 8.56 mg/mL wet resin. The ratio of [Mo]/[W03] qualified resolving solution. After washing with purity desorption rate of molybdenum could reach 95 % using dilute NaOH solution as desorption agent. water, the The topped concentration of Mo in desorption liquid was more than 24 g/L and [Mo] / [WO3] was decreased from 0.038 6 in feed to 25.03 in desorption solution. The enrichment times could reach 648. Its performance would not change after three times repetition.
