摘要
通过分析发现，Ｉｎｃｏｌｏｙ８００Ｈ钢制集气管裂纹产生的原因在于晶界条带特征的形成。采用局部切除更换新管的方法进行修复，焊接的关键在于背面氩气保护的效果。
The cracks of the gas collecting tubes of Incoloy 800*$H steel were found to be
because of the formation of the crystal interface strips through analyses,the repair was conducted
by using local cutting and replacing old tubes,the key of welding was the result of the argon
protection in the internal surfaces.
