摘要
在普通涤纶纺牵一步法FDY设备上,采用合理的干燥工艺可获得结晶充分,含水率稳定在25μg/g以内,粘度波动小于等于0.010dL/g的阳离子染料可染共聚酯(CDP)干切片;与同规格普通PETFDY相比,适当调整纺丝温度在292~295℃,降低侧吹风速度,提高侧吹风温度,降低GR2与GR1间拉伸倍数,提高GR2定型温度,其它卷绕拉伸工艺也作相应的调整,可获得质量优良的CDPFDY产品。
Cation\|dyeable dried PET chips can be obtained by reasonable drying process on general PET FDY equipments of spin\|and\|draw one\|step process. The resulted chips remain the water content of less than 25 g/g and viscosity change less than 0010 dL/g. Based on the normal PET FDY of the same sort, CDP FDY with excellent quality can be obtained by appropriately adjusting the spinning temperature in the range of 292 ̄295, lowering quench air velocity, raising quench air temperature, decreasing draw ratio between GR2 and GR1, increasing GR2 set temperature and adjusting the other related parameters.
