无水冷发动机排气系统用钛酸铝陶瓷材料的研究

摘要 本文叙述了用于制做6105机陶瓷排气管、排气道、排气涡壳的钛酸铝陶瓷材料研究结果。主要研究了各种添加剂对钛酸铝材料性能的影响和烧成条件,从而确定了添加剂的种类、数量、引入方式。研制的钛酸铝材料性能达到σ_弯:51.3MPa、λ:0.86w/m·k(800℃)、α_(RT-1000℃):1.22×10^(-6)/C,体积密度:3.32g/cm^3,开口气孔率:3.7% The research results of aluminum titanate ceramic material which were used for producing 6105 ceramic exhaust pipes, pipelines and turbine cover were described. The sintering conditions and effectfs of the different additives on the properties of aluminum titanate ceramics have been studied. The type,amount and adding process of the additives were determined. The obtained material is of the bending strength 51. 3Mpa,thermal conductivity 0. 86w/mk(800℃),thermal expansion coefficent (RT-1000%)1.22×10-6/℃ ,bulk density 3. 32g/m3 and open porosity 3. 7% respectively.
