Research on the Thermal Stability of Amorphous Nickel-based Alloy

摘要 采用化学镀法制备了Ni-P、Ni-Fe-P、Ni-W-P非晶态镍基合金,分别利用EDS、XRD等手段对非晶态镍基合金的成分、结构进行了表征,采用热分析方法对3种不同组分非晶态镍基合金的热稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,所制备的镍基合金均具有非晶态结构,在非晶态镍基合金中加入铁、钨元素有利于提高其热稳定性。 The amorphous nickel-based Ni-P,Ni-Fe-P and Ni-W-P alloys were prepared by chemical plating.The component and structure of the alloy coatings were characterized by EDS and XRD,and the thermal stability of the above three amorphous nickel-based alloys was investigated by thermal analysis.The results show that all the prepared nickel-based alloys possess amorphous structure,and the thermal stability of the amorphous nickel-based alloys can be improved by adding Fe and W elements.
