摘要
在中国共产党党章历史上,有一部不是党章却发挥了党章作用的会议决议——古田会议决议,它是一部在特定历史条件下发挥党章作用的决议,是党的建设的纲领性文件,在长达10多年的时间里,对党的建设和发展起着重要的作用,这份决议是对党的六大党章缺陷的弥补,同时对七大党章的制订也有深远的影响。
In the history of the Party Constitution of the CPC,there is a document that is not the Party Constitution but that has played the role of the Party Constitution,that is,the Resolutions of Gutian Meeting.It is the Resolutions that played the role of the Party Constitution in the special historical condition,which is a programmatic document for the construction of the Party.In the period of over 10 years,the Resolutions played a crucial role in the construction and development of the CPC.The Resolutions have been a remedy to the shortcomings of the Party Constitution made at the 6th Party Congress,in the meanwhile they have also cast a farreaching influence on shaping the Party Constitution at the 7th Party Congress.
