摘要
高层建筑在满足了人们生活和审美需要的同时具有一个先天的缺陷——怕火,高层建筑更容易造成重大经济损失和灾害事故。影响高层建筑火灾发生的因素很多,如何确定影响安全的关键因素以及如何用最少的成本达到事半功倍的效果是高层建筑防火工作所追求的目标。故障树分析简称FTA,是演绎地表示故障事件发生原因及其逻辑关系的逻辑树图,是系统安全分析方法中应用最广泛的一种,是一种安全系统工程的重要分析方法,它能对各种系统的危险性进行辨识和评价,不仅能分析出事故的直接原因,而且能深入地找出事故的潜在原因。该篇论文运用FTA分析方法,结合实例,构建事故树,通过对最小径集、最小割集和结构重要度的求解,得到事故发生的各种可能途径和各种影响事件对事故的影响程度,从而制定相关措施来防止事故的发生。说明了故障树分析技术在高层建筑防火安全管理中具有广泛的应用价值。
Nowadays it seems that the more high-rise buildings a city has,the modern the city is.And it carries out a serious problem—fire prevention.There are lots of factors which could be the reason of fire accidents.How to determine the key factors of the fire prevention of high-rise buildings,and how to get to the target with half effort are the purpose to pursuit.The FTA method is an important safety system analysis method.It can carry on the identification and the appraisal to any kind of system＇s risk,and it can not only analyze the accident＇s immediate cause,but also can discover accident＇s latent reason thoroughly.It describes the accident＇s causal relation clearly and logical,and can be applied both in the qualitative evaluations and the quantitative evaluations.Through massive cases analysis,based on the theory of safety system engineering,the fault tree was constructed.According to the rules of Boolean algebra,it could calculate the minimal cut sets,minimal path sets and structure importance.And it could lead to the results that how the accident could happen and which event could be the key factor of the fire accident.This thesis prondes a new method on fire prevention management of high-rise buildings using FTA method appropriately.
