摘要
CTI技术将计算机网和通信网相互集成,提供基于呼叫的数据选择、计算机拨号、呼叫监视、智能路由和语音处理等功能。文中分析了大庆石化公司多功能声讯系统中CTI服务的理论基础及技术实现方法。该系统应用后,极大地提高了工作效率,缩短了客户等待时间,取得了良好的效益。
The CTI technology makes computer network and communication networks integrated,providing functions such as data selection,computer dialing,call monitoring,intelligent routing and speech processing.This article analyzed the theoretical base and technical implementation method of CTI service in the multifunctional voice communication system of Daqing Petrochemical Company.The application of this system significantly improved working efficiency,shortened the user waiting time and gained good benefit.
