摘要
工学结合是高职教育发展的必由之路。工学结合人才培养模式的改革提高了高职院校的教育教学质量,促进了办学水平和人才培养质量的提高,取得了显著的改革成效。但在实施中也出现了亟待解决的各种问题。可以从政策支持、强化校企合作、加强实训基地的内涵建设、打造有"实战"能力的师资队伍等方面深化酒店管理专业工学结合的发展。
Work-integrated learning is the vocational education development way that must be taken.Basically,the innovation of work-integrated learning enhances quality of college education and teaching,and also improves the school level and personal training quality.Obviously,the innovation of work integrated learning has made significant reform achievements in current college education system.However,there are various types of issues during the implementation and they need to be resolved right now.For this purpose,in this thesis,the author states some strategies and solutions to the problems,such as supporting the policy of the co-operation,deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises and strengthening the training base of the human development,improving the quality of teaching staff so as to deepen the development of the work-integrated learning of the major of hotel management.
