摘要 大牛地气田是典型的"三低"气藏,充分利用地层能量、尽可能地减少在生产加工过程中的能源消耗是实现大牛地气田经济开发的一道难题。大牛地气田经过三年三种集输工艺试验的经济对比确立了多井高压集气、低温集输工艺,充分利用气田开发初期气井压力高的优势,取消了井口加热,有效减少了能源消耗总量。集气站内使用高效多井式水套炉、旋流分离器和板翅式换热器等设备、工艺进一步降低了能源消耗。气田在近五年的开发中取得了一定的经济效益,实现了油气生产的低能耗、轻污染。 After economic comparison of 3 kinds of gathering and transportation processes in recent 3 years,the multi-well high pressure and low temperature gas gathering and transportation technology has been established in Daniudi Gas Field.In this process,the characteristic of high gas well pressure in early development is utilized fully to delete wellhead heating,instation two-stage throttling,two-stage separation and dehydration and hydrocarbon in order to ensure that export gas meet relative water dew point and hydrocarbon dew point requirements.At the same time,efficient multi-well water jacket heater,cyclone separator and plate-fin heat exchanger are used to decrease energy consumption further and improve productivity.Some economic benefits have been gained in exploratory development for several years.The low temperature gas gathering and transportation technology plays an indispensable role.
