摘要
论述一种基于Pro/E异步二次开发模式的发动机气缸盖参数化设计方法,并详细介绍其实现过程。提出基于零件的自顶向下建模的新方法,为复杂零件建模提供参考。在VC.Net2003环境下,结合Pro/Toolkit二次开发工具包,编写具有通用性的气缸盖参数化设计应用程序。实践证明,此设计系统可减少大量重复工作,提高了气缸盖建模效率。
This paper demonstrates an engine cylinder head parameterized design method based on Pro/E secondary development of asynchronous mode and introduces the realization of that in detail.A new method of top-down design is made based on parts and provides the modeling references for complex parts.A common application of engine cylinder head of Parameterized Design is programmed using the secondary development tool Pro/Toolkit under the VC.Net2003 development circumstance.And the practice proved that this parametric design system can reduce the duplication of work and improve the efficiency of the modeling.
