摘要
野生荔枝是荔枝的野生群体,它具有多种优良的园艺学性状、丰富的植物学性状及DNA遗传多样性、很好的抵御生物和非生物胁迫的基因源和土壤适应性,是荔枝进行品种改良与创新的重要基因库,是荔枝产业可持续、健康发展的物质基础。对野生荔枝表型多样性、等位酶水平及DNA水平的遗传多样性的研究现状进行综述,并对今后的研究工作提出几点建议。
Wild litchi,the wild population of litchi,is characterized by a variety of excellent horticultural characters,various botanical characteristics and DNA diversity,big gene pool for resisting biotic and abiotic stress,and good soil adaptability as well.For this reason,it is not only an important germ plasm pool for the betterment and innovation of litchi variety,but also the material basis for the sustainable and healthy development of the litchi industry.In this paper,the morphological diversity,allozyme diversity and DNA diversity were summarized,and several pieces of advice for the further study were proposed at the same time.
