摘要
针对火电厂再热汽温控制系统的大惯性、大迟延和时变性,采用传统的PID调节规律难以取得较满意的调节效果。ABB Bailey公司的SMITH预估控制算法不仅具有传统SMITH预估控制器克服大滞后、大惯性的特性,把此算法运用到再热汽温控制系统中,还具有较强的抗内外干扰和对象变化适应的能力。仿真结果验证了其有效性。
Considering the characters such as inertia,long delay and time-varying of superheated steam temperature in the thermal power plant,it is difficult for the steam temperature control object in the large unit of power plants to reach a satisfying control effect with traditional PID control strategies.Being applied to reheat steam temperature control,the inferential SMITH control strategy of ABB Bailey has not only the characteristics of conquering the large inertia and lag,the same as the traditional inferential SMITH controller,but also the strong anti-jamming ability and the strong adaptive capability toward the object transformation.Its validity is validated by the emulate results.
