摘要
出入口车辆智能管理系统在车库、停车场、住宅小区出入口等场所的应用越来越普遍,如何设计出实用性、可靠性、先进性的管理系统变得十分必要。因此提出一种住宅小区出入口车辆管理系统,该系统以汽车牌照作为识别的依据,无需IC卡,无需在每辆车上安装电子标签、条形码或无线电发送装置。文中介绍系统的组成和工作原理,分析了系统的软硬件设计,给出具体实验结果。结果表明:该系统有可扩展性强、响应时间短和识别精度高等特点。
An intelligent measurement system for vehicles passing in and out is extensively used in garages,parking lots and residential areas.It is very essential that how to design such system with practicability,reliability and technical advancement.An intelligent management system in residential areas for vehicles passing in and out is proposed,the system is only based on license-plate recognition,but without IC card and no need to install anything in vehicle,such as electronic label,barcode or radio transmit-ter.In this paper,the composition and working principle of the system is introduced.The system＇s hardware and software configuration is analysed.An experimental result is given.The result indicates that the system have the features with strong extensibility,fast response time,high precision of recognition,etc.
