摘要 膨胀土因其特殊的工程特性,对工程危害大,对膨胀土地基进行换填是主要处理措施之一。南水北调中线工程总干渠涉及膨胀土的渠段较长,达400 km。为确保渠道边坡稳定,在总干渠南阳膨胀土渠段进行水泥改性土现场换填试验。从土料破碎、拌和加水量控制、拌和方法比较、碾压施工等环节研究了水泥改性土换填施工工艺与特性,得到的控制参数可供施工参考。 The expansive soil is harmful to construction due to its special engineering characters,and replacing the expansive soil is a major measure for foundation treatment.The expansive-soli canal section of Middle Route Project of S-N Water Diversion involved is about 400 km long.In order to guarantee the stability of canal slope,field test for expansive soil replaced by modified cement-soil was conducted at Nanyang section of the main canal.The cement-soil replacement construction technology was studied in the aspects of soil breaking,water supplement control for mixing,mixing method comparison,rolling compacted construction and so on,and construction control parameters were obtained.
