摘要
针对海洋平台柴油消防泵运行环境的特殊性和海上安装的实际情况,结合作者的工程经验,总结了柴油消防泵选型设计时关键参数的修正方法,以确保柴油消防泵海上安装施工进度以及性能满足工艺要求。从柴油消防泵机组的额定扬程、额定流量、性能曲线要求、安装高度、柴油消防泵冷却系统对额定流量的影响等方面进行了分析,还考虑了实际工程中水深测量误差对柴油消防泵的影响,提出了解决方法,确保所选柴油消防泵满足海上安装和运行时的性能要求,也为海洋平台柴油消防泵的选型设计提供了参考和依据。
According to the particularity of working environment of the diesel firewater pump and its offshore installation on the offshore platform, how to modify some key parameters based on our engineering experience during the model selection is summarized in this paper in order to insure the pump installation and performance. Analyses of rated pump head, rated, flow rate, performance curve requirement, installation height, and cooling system of the diesel firewater pump together with errors in water depth measurement are taken into consideration. Then the solving method is put forward and some advice on selecting such pumps is provided to assure the schedule of offshore installation and to meet the performance requirement of the diesel firewater pump.
