摘要
采用PAC/SBR工艺处理经混凝预处理的汽车工业废水,在混凝处理已基本去除SS、胶体和重金属的基础上,重点考察了曝气时间和活性炭投加量对COD去除率的影响。结果表明:在进水CODCr质量浓度(>600mg/L)较高的情况下,投加ρ(PAC)为300mg/L,可使曝气反应时间由7~8h缩短为2h,出水完全达到GB/T19923—2005《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》的要求。
PAC/SBR process was used in treatment of wastewater after coagulation process in automotive industry.The aeration time and the effect of PAC on COD removal were emphatically investigated on the basis of most of SS,colloids and heavy-medals removed by coagulation process.The results showed under the condition that the mass concentration of influent COD was higher than 600 mg/L,aeration time could be reduced from 8 h to 2 h by dosing PAC 300 mg/L.The effluent water quality could meet GB/T19923-2005 "Reuse of urban recycling water-water quality standard for industrial uses".
