摘要
突破煤粒检测的传统方法局限,提出了一种结合形态学和区域增长算法的煤粒图像检测方法。该方法在对图像完成滤波、二值化、取反等预处理的基础上,先应用形态学的腐蚀算法对图像进行分割获得种子点,之后利用种子对原始图像进行区域增长完成目标识别。在对粘连煤粒判断和处理问题上,找到了一种快速获得粘连点的方法。结果表明,本方法能有效实现煤粒图像的分割,获得煤粒数据,实现煤粒数据检测。
Break through the traditional method of coal particle measurement,this paper presents an method based on regional growth and morphology algorithm.At first,the coal granule image is processed as follows,wave filtering,image binaryzation,reverse and ets.Then image division is made by eroding algorithm,and region growing is made by seeds which generate through the former.On the matter of judgment and disposal of adhesive piece of coal particle,find a quick method to locate the point of intersection.The results show that this method can make image segmentation efficiently and quickly,get data of coal particle measurement.
